Primary responsibility is to ensure the accurate and timely preparation, review and analysis of financial results of an assigned portfolio of multi-family properties. This position manages a staff of three plus a senior accountant. This position will be responsible for cash forecasting as well as reviewing and reporting on the management company financial results. In addition, this position will interact heavily with various levels and departments within the Company as well as various outside individuals (third party owners, auditors, etc.).
